🛍 Need to Make a Change to Your Order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel your order. Once an order has been processed, cancellations may not be accepted.
📦 Shipping Information
We ship using USPS. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 72 hours after USPS scans the package.
Please note: USPS is currently experiencing delays. While we ship as quickly as possible, some packages may take longer than the usual 3–5 business days. If you have questions about your shipment, contact us at info@azskinz.com. We only have access to the same tracking info visible to you.
⏳ Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). During peak seasons, this may take longer.
Certain products like custom-printed cases are made to order. Delivery estimates in emails are not guaranteed.
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately. You may receive multiple shipment confirmation emails.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Opened screen protectors and charging cables are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable. Only returns using an official AZSkinz return label will be processed. Return shipping labels are valid for 30 days. Packages returned without a valid label or sent after 30 days will not be accepted.
Important: Do not apply the return label directly to the product. Use a bubble mailer or box to prevent damage in transit.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within a few days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
🔄 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it using our return process, and place a new order for the replacement item.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please email info@azskinz.com.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
Check your spam or junk folder. If your order was placed via Facebook or Instagram, confirmation may come from them directly.

Why are there multiple charges on my card?
What looks like multiple charges are actually temporary authorizations used to verify your card. Only one charge is finalized. These authorizations usually disappear in 2–3 business days. Contact your bank for faster resolution.
I never received my order. What should I do?
We want to help! Email info@azskinz.com with your name and order number and we’ll look into it.
My order is being returned or was delivered to the wrong address.
Double-check your shipping address when ordering. We ship to the exact address provided. If your order has shipped, please contact USPS for rerouting options, as we can’t change the address once it's in transit.
Why can’t you tell me where my package is?
Once USPS scans your package, it’s out of our hands. We don’t have access to tracking information beyond what you see online. We understand delays are frustrating and appreciate your patience.
I messaged you on social media but didn’t get a reply.
Due to high message volume, we do not handle order-related questions via social media. Please email info@azskinz.com for support.
I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back.
